• Took my car in on the off chance they weren't too busy to help at 5pm on a Friday to which they were more than happy to help.
  
  They swapped my wheel and tyre that had punctured and Andy asked if my punctured tyre needed repairing but I thought it was beyond repair. 30 mins later my car is ready and Andy and his guys had managed to repair my punctured tyre to use as a spare all for next to nothing!
